The Eagle Historical Society recently completed an addition to the museum which gave us a much-needed conference/meeting room on the first floor. Thanks to the generous contribution by Eagle Historical Society member, Vernette Heare, we were able to begin construction of a new ground floor meeting room.

Without her intitial donation, a new room would have been impossible. The new conference room was named the “Vernette Heare Conference Room” to honor her. That, along with the generous financial contributions of many other building fund donors, allowed us to build and complete this project.

A dedication ceremony was held on Tuesday October 10, 2023.
