Hello, I just had an inquiry about an artist named Rice and see the comment from “Mike Rice” . An associate has a signed print of ducks ( probably pen and ink ) by one “Michael ( middle initial R ? ) Rice. She desires information about the artist. Mike, are you that artist or know of him ?
